It is recommended to sand the floor using 80 grit sandpaper.
How to lay wood tile on concrete floor.
Before you install file flooring follow the directions above for fixing high spots and low spots in a wood or concrete subfloor.
You don t want be trapped in a corner and have to walk on the newly installed floors.
Be careful to not stagger the joints more than 1 3 the length of tile.
Cuts edge tiles using a tile cutting board or a tile wet saw.
Now that you have a reference point you can be sure that the first row of tiles will be properly aligned.
Then vacuum the floor with a wet dry vac or sweep it with a broom.
Test how it will look like by laying the tile without adhesive.
